Ivan founded Gehtsoft in 1999 and has led the company from a small family operation to a trusted technology partner serving global enterprises. He started his career as a QA engineer, drawing on early experience as a game beta-tester, and grew through roles in analysis and product management before becoming CEO in 2009.
Ivan is a certified Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSC BB), and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM).
A practitioner of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), Ivan applies systems thinking daily to architecture decisions and strategic planning. He is a vocal advocate for outcome-driven development and stable engineering teams that own results, not just sprints.
Nikolay brings over 30 years of hands-on technology leadership across FinTech, SaaS, and complex B2B systems. He has built and led engineering organizations exceeding 250 people and managed technology portfolios surpassing $100M in total investment.
